Refund Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

No refunds

Altru Listings subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial months, unused time, and months in which you did not use the Service.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
• When you cancel, you will not be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your account closes at the end of that month.
• If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you are not charged at all.

After your account closes

You can no longer add or check listings once your paid month ends. Your saved information is kept as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can delete it yourself at any time from Settings. If you subscribe again while it is still saved, your listings will be there.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same month, email info@altrulistings.com and we will correct it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
