Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Altru Listings LLC ("Altru Listings," "we," "us") collects when you use www.altrulistings.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. Your first and last name, your email address and, if you set one, your password. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we cannot see them.
License information (optional). If you choose to add it, your real estate license number and issuing state. We use it only to look for new listings under your license, by searching listing sites for the number, and you can remove it any time in Settings.
Suggested listings. Listings we find that may be yours, by your license number or because new listings near your other listings name you or your email as the listing agent. They are only added to your account if you confirm them.
Listing information you enter. For each listing: the property address, list price or monthly rent, status, bedrooms, bathrooms, interior square feet, lot size, year built, rental terms such as available date, pet policy, deposit and application fee, MLS number (optional), and the links to that listing on sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, Homes.com, Apartments.com and Zumper.
Check results. The values we find for your listings on those sites, in search results, and from listing data providers, along with the date of each check.
Correction records. Correction requests you log, their ticket numbers, and their status.
Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. We store your Stripe customer ID, your plan, and your subscription status and dates.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses or other homeowner contact details. Please do not enter them anywhere in the Service.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and to remember that you dismissed our cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: store your listings, check them on listing sites, show reports, and track corrections.
- To send you service emails, such as sign-in links, password resets, correction request confirmations and a weekly report on your listings. You can turn off correction confirmations with the unsubscribe link in those emails or in Settings; sign-in and security emails can't be turned off.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To keep the Service secure and to fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what each needs:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Altru Listings or others. If Altru Listings is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account exists, including after a subscription ends, so your listings are there if you subscribe again. You can delete your account and all of its information at any time from Settings, which takes effect immediately. If you email us instead, we delete it within 30 days. Stripe keeps its own payment records, which we are required to keep for legal and tax reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit, export and delete your listings at any time, edit your details in Settings, and delete your whole account from Settings. To request a copy of your information or ask anything else about it, email info@altrulistings.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests as the law requires and will not treat you differently for making them.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restrict each account to its own data, and limit access to our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will email you or post a notice in the Service before they take effect. The effective date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
